OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
LET’S MEET
We want to hear about your vision, and how we can achieve it. Together we can discuss your goals, budget and timelines.
DESIGN
We will connect you with our in-company architect- or you can bring your own. Our architect works meticulously with you to design your dream home. Once your plans are finalized we will assist you in submitting for a building permit.
ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT
We will provide you with detailed, transparent budgeting. Once your plans are finalized we will provide you with a contract, which will detail exactly what is included and excluded in the price. Once you have signed the contract agreement, a deposit will be invoiced to you. Construction will start as soon as the deposit is paid.
CONSTRUCTION
During this exciting stage construction of your home will begin. You will notice we pride ourselves on site management, which includes everything from safety and cleanliness to subcontractor coordination and completion. Your project will be overseen by Jeremy. He will be your point of contact for any questions you may have along the way, as well as coordinating all materials and subcontractors on your site.
COMPLETION
From inception to completion, our project management makes sure the overall planning, coordination, and control will result in a project that meets its budget, deadline, and high standards. We will do a final walk-through at this stage, ensuring your satisfied with the final result.
