At Acacia Homes, we guide our clients through every stage of the process- from early planning and design through construction and completion. Our hands-on approach, clear communication, and attention to detail ensure every home is thoughtfully built around the way you live.

OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
LET’S MEET
We’ll start by getting to know you, your vision, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll discuss your priorities, budget, timeline, and overall scope of your project.
DESIGN
Whether you already have plans or are starting from the beginning, we can connect you with trusted design professionals to help bring your vision together. Once the plans are finalized, we’ll help coordinate the permitting process and prepare your project for construction.
ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT
Once the plans and project scope are established, we’ll prepare detailed, transparent budgeting so you have a clear understanding of anticipated project costs. We’ll then provide a construction agreement outlining the scope of work, inclusions, exclusions, and payment structure. Once the agreement is signed and the required deposit is received, we’ll move into construction.
CONSTRUCTION
This is where your plans come to life. Throughout construction, our team manages the day-to-day details of your project, including scheduling, trade coordination, materials, site organization, quality control, and ongoing communication. With hands-on oversight throughout the build, we keep your project moving forward while keeping you informed every step of the way.
COMPLETION
As construction comes to a close, we carefully review the finished home to ensure the details meet our standards. We’ll complete a final walk through with you, address any outstanding items, and make sure you feel confident in your new home before handover. Our relationship doesn’t end when the keys are handed over- we remain available for warranty support after completion.
